    Was a nice run. Tried to figure our how to politely tell someone to go f@ck themself and not lose my job. I also need to protect against chaffing now that it is this humid.

    This was a struggle from the beginning. My legs felt heavy and some weird pains happening. Well time for a few days off.

    Starting to train for my trail marathon so I am starting to run with camel back. The weather looked scary so I ran at the Y and after a mile I added 7.5 lbs to the pack that was too much.

    Last run before my half on Sunday. Still not feeling. I have been in a funk since Disney. Just keep running and hope it works itself out.
