Up early for a nice and easy ride to start the week. Experiencing some itb tightness in my hip. Not too bad but nagging.

Ab Ripper X and 120 Push Ups 00:35
Getting better at ab ripper X. Still not there yet. Did 120 push ups during the day. Six sets of 20. Did 60 bicep curls with 20 pound resistance.
