      Boo on that tightness. Some hip opening stretches will help that. Lovely Monday miles on the bike!

      That's the plan. I'm going to foam roll. I'm also going to strengthen the muscles. ab ripper x demonstrates that I need more core strength.

      Nice bike miles. Good luck with the hip. Good that you caught it early so you can work out the tightness before it becomes an issue.

    Getting better at ab ripper X. Still not there yet. Did 120 push ups during the day. Six sets of 20. Did 60 bicep curls with 20 pound resistance.
