      Sheesh, that is hot! We had some cold weather for a while and now its warmed back up to the 60s-70s and that feels too warm for running ;)

    Went out way to fast and the heat got me. IT band hurt at mile 18 so I walked/jogged the last 8 to avoid an injury. Which im glad I did cause im ok ;)

      it was too hot unfortunately, i was glad to be running the half, i was still on the course cheering when the 430 pace group went by so i probably got a chance to cheer you on.
