first run after taking a week to rest and recover. i tried to take it nice and easy and not worry about my pace too much. i would be lying if i said i wasn't a little disappointed with how slow my pace was, but i'll get over it. the best part is . . . NO pain! yay! after a week off, my legs felt tired and my breathing never really leveled out, but overall i felt fabulous.
