You all did this for me!!Thanks all - I took all your advice & encouragement on board.I did 10 mile at my quickest yet I think,at 11 - 12 I started to tire & took more walk breaks,but,felt better than I have the last few LSR's.The camel bak worked well - sweaty back though!Im still slow,but,I figure I wont be carrying water on my back,there wont be the hilly bits & hopefully it wont be muggy in Oct! Suck it up cupcake!(thanks David B!)!

    That's more like it! And will give you much more confidence for future long runs,. you have found another advantage for the camel back it will seem easier on the day when you are not carrying it
