You all did this for me!!Thanks all - I took all your advice & encouragement on board.I did 10 mile at my quickest yet I think,at 11 - 12 I started to tire & took more walk breaks,but,felt better than I have the last few LSR's.The camel bak worked well - sweaty back though!Im still slow,but,I figure I wont be carrying water on my back,there wont be the hilly bits & hopefully it wont be muggy in Oct! Suck it up cupcake!(thanks David B!)!
