I walked a couple of mile(ish) in the middle.Need to think about my diet & cycling miles - but,13.5 done!!

12.53 pace when you walked in the middle! Well done! That's great. I soooo want to be able to do 13.5!

Wow - headache point especially salient right now, great job! Make sure you get yourself all replenished with good things. That's some serious distance, especially for feeling yuck :)

Brilliant miles, well run. Make sure you have plenty of fluid's, head aches while running are often caused by tension in the shoulders, something else to check on wile running.

Thanks everyone!@Brian - possible too musc digging as well! @Henry - that sounds like a great idea - it would certainly keep me in line if I had to document my intake for others to see! I actually slept for 2hrs this afternoon - not normal at all today!
