great Circuit Training

Ummm!Well!!! 10 stations x 3 workouts.Colette & I were a little put out at 3 burpee variations - normal,himalayan & another!Those confounded cossacks that require more bounce than Tigger!The usual others,but,there did seem to be extremes of everything!!It was,as Colette said - entertaining!!
