With Murphy!Didnt know where to do an easy 5 as the plan said,so tried somewhere new.2 mile in I met a friend of my son who suggested a "nice loop"!He doesnt walk far,let alone run!The"nice loop"went through water & had a hill I could barely run down,so you can imagine what coming up was like! It was so hot & muggy the drizzle that started was welcome,but the last 1.5 mile it was monsoon rain!We were soaked within seconds & were running in a stream nearly the whole way back!Disappointed with pace,but,there were a few stops & it was meant to be easy!Did I enjoy it?Heck - yes!Loved it!
Sounds fun though in that rain! Don't be disappointed, all that matters is that you are getting the miles in on your legs/feet. Glad you loved it!!!
