Busy & a bit of a late session.One of our club trainers is doing a PTI course & has sent me a marathon training plan,which is great as he knows me well & what a lovely chap.He hasnt included Nora,but,knows I do the stationary bike miles & allowed me to continue if I wish. The plan started yesterday!Eeeeeek!!

I follow Hal Higdon's Intermediate 1 marathon training plan, and he allows one day a week for cross training, if you ever want to bring Nora into it.
