Every journey begins with 1 step. I am sure under certain circumstances, such as someone else wanting to do one you could do another one.

Coming back is all that matters! Every km counts and leads you to your ultimate goal! It's great you can get even a small workout in during an otherwise busy busy day!

  5. walk
    Dogs. 2.6 mi

Fields & beach. It was lovely. All the 'lorry falling' injuries are ok now, so, going to have to run tomorrow in memory of running Dublin 2 years ago.

  6. walk
    Dogs 2 mi

In the woods with the hooligans, well, one hooligan, Ronnie was spayed on Monday, so, not allowed off lead.

  7. VELO
    Bike & dogs 8 mi

A bit of walking & pedalling. Apart from my back, everything else is now in working order.

  8. VELO
    Inside 5 mi

Unsurprisingly, Im a bit jarred, &, stiff in places. The bike seemed like the best idea - for a while!

  9. walk
    Dogs 2 mi

Blustery hilly fields walk. Im a tad sore today. Joking aside, I fell off the back of a lorry yesterday. Yep! Really, &, I don't bounce like I used to.

  10. walk
    Dogs 2.5 mi

    Usual in the fields.

  11. VELO
    Dogs & bike 8 mi

2 mile jaunt in the fields with the dogs, then, the bike. Just trying to keep doing something. I don't know why I go into freeze mode when things are tough.

  12. VELO
Here we go again! 10 mi

2 miles of this was dog walking. Ran out of time So, on the bike, whilst watching out for a daughter off the wagon!

  15. walk
    Dogs 1.2 mi

Nearly out of time, so, a very speedy walk, with lots of squirrels heading to bed - all good fun for the the mutts.

  16. walk
    Dogs 2 mi

Got this done this morning before the auction, &, before the evenings run - glad I did, I wouldn't have got the run in otherwise. So, total miles today 5 - its been a while!

  17. RUN
    Round town. 3.16 mi

Went to club, but, decided to run alone & build up some confidence before the training. Better than Sundays, very few, short walk breaks. But, very slow too - guess that'll never change now!
