    A mile in the fields with the dogs. Then, took Jo to her first spinning session & ran/walked. Heel not too bad as long as I just plod along. Even threw in a bit of x/c, which I love.

      sensible decision. Have you tried something like volatarol, or even Olbas Oil ( if you can stand the smell) rubbed on the affected area
