    Gave myself 3 days off apart from walking as the chestiness still remained. This was the first since picking up the virus. Cross Country & lanes, &, of course, the ever present hills.

      Careful now don't do too much before you are fully recovered. Remember the old adage. If symptoms are only above the neck then light exercise is OK. If any symptoms below the neck such as aching limbs or chest problems (especially with your medical history ) then rest
