      Great early work. Now this might sound obvious but the only way to cure is not to use it, but how can you do that while still running. The answer sounds simple but it is not. Instead of pushing of with your toes just lift your lower leg by bending your knee keeping everything below the knee completely relaxed. Try it out while standing. Hold on to something for balance, keeping all your weight on one leg bed the other one to kick your back side. I hope this makes sense.

      Brian, it does make sense, wether it will pull together when Im out there remains to be seen. Even walking can aggravate itt.
