      Have you tried salt tablets before? I use them in high humidity and it keeps the cramping to a minimum

      I usually do about 20 oz per tab. You can also break them in half. But yucky when warm? I guess we'll have to disagree there. Of course, I only do lemon-lime and strawberry lemonade.

      Chris - I haven't tried a saltstick yet. It sounds terrible but many people swear by them. And yeah, the trail is gonna be money once the temps dip. Any clue what time it starts getting busy on weekends? Parking was bad yesterday.
