I am also vegan and on most days no processed carbs, sugar, and fried food. It all has just become a way of life. I hope it works as well for you as it does for me!

good Hill Repeats 4 mi 00:40 10:06 pace
2 mile warm up 5 x 100 hill repeats then cool down. Next week I will try a steeper grade. I need to work on those ones. Improving. Body feels stronger. Have a great day friends!

Cleanse Day 9:keeping it going! No gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, sugar, Peanuts, artificial sweetener. Finding it is key to have my main meal at lunch and my two Vegan shakes at breakfast and dinner.
