good San Carlos Cross Country Track 10.8 mi 01:52 10:20 pace

Good trail run. Tried to save the legs for the 50k this weekend. Walked some hills, though much less so on the later loops as the legs got going. Forgot the gel shot, but didnt seem to be too much of an issue. Figured out the sweat rate is about 3 lbs/hour. Good times.
