Good hike to loosen legs after 5 days of spinning/running but ended up being a pretty calorie intensive hike so pretty sweet.

Great job on a tough course. Although I loved it. It's all about the challenge at that distance and elevation.

Thanks Shelly. Yeah, I am training for a couple of other races, a 50 mile in august, 100k sep and 100 mile in feb. And i am running a marathon with my sister as her first one in 2 weeks. So this was suppose to be an easier 50k as part of training week not a tough, up and down climb the whole time. Funny enough, I ran a 6 hour 50k during my 50 miler 5 weeks ago so I certaintly didnt expect to be out there for almost 8 hours either.
