      Thanks man. They do a great job and it's pancake flat if you're ever looking for a september full. Road camber isn't ideal but others didn't notice it like I did

    Two days in a row feeling good. Temp really matters! I finished with 10 minutes of core work. Really need to make that an almost daily habit.

    Amazing how a run in 50 degree weather makes you feel less fat and out of shape. HR averaged 143 which is exactly what I wanted after the long run much higher than that on Saturday.

    Ran into a friend at the gym and headed out together. Average heart rate was 147 (3 beats higher than I want) so I was happy with the run.
