Had my ankle wrapped. Figured its time to try it out. Training w my trainer tomorrow morning. Hoping to get some miles in this week. I have to be cautious. Anyways I will push thru this as I did last time. Sucks my 5k PR results in a ankle sprained but its part of the bumps on the road. Ankle didn't really hurt that much during this mile run tonite so I'm optimistic.
