I was wrong about yesterday, something is wrong with my right leg, planned to do 8 miles today, so you can see how much I had to cut it short. Will be getting my leg looked at tomorrow.

Oh no! Hope it's not too serious.

This leg is driving me crazy, it's very unusual for me to have leg issues, very frustrating with my first half marathon in 2 yrs only 3 weeks away :(

Niggly - slight irritation. Hopefully with regular runs that don't put too much strain on the system, all should be well :)

It's difficult to take in all of the tragedy we learn about now. It seems we're becoming less safe & more violent but we (the planet) are actually becoming less violent and more safe. We just hear from all over the world now so fast. Keep hope. Sometimes we just have to limit our exposure to all the terrible news they want to pour over us each day. I appreciate your empathy for those hurt & frightened runners & families!

couldn't get out today Jim, at quacks today, may have a viral infection, being sent for chest x-ray as precautionary. Awake all night coughing last night, was still awake at 04:30, then only slept for about 1.5 hrs, i'm goosed. My medication plays havoc with my system, i'm sick of it. I can feel all my hard work going down the drain :( I will try when i feel up to it to get out !

totally agree with you Sandi, last couple of runs, I have felt I was running like a crab. Just come back from Chiropractor, and she confirmed I was. She has done a great job, my lower back was in a right state, the relief I feel now is amazing. Rest until Saturday, then gentle runs for a few days, I have no problem with that.....I'll Be Back ;)
