    Warm up run before my workout. Felt really good 3 days after a marathon.

    Actually felt pretty good other then all of my stomach muscles were tight as hell. Nice run in the warm rain with Art, Steve, Pat, and some guy named Bray.

    Kind of cold this morning! Took a while to warm up. Looking forward to one week from today for the MCM.

    Probably the final heavier duty run before MCM. Nice temps and a great running partner in Steve Derks. Record time for the course but we cheated and stayed off the wooded trail on the way north.

    Felt like summer! Felt better as I ran. First mile was an 8:01 and worked it down to a 7:11.
