    Haven't had to quit a run in a long time. Did 3 miles and decided to walk a while. Saw that rain was coming so ran the last 2. Hopefully I can find a solution to the hip issue tomorrow.

    It was warm but the humidity was dropping and there was a nice breeze. Great to run with the boys on my birthday. Went to the gym and did 100 sit-ups to celebrate.

    First run in a week. Felt like it. Too hot. Too humid. Crashed in mile 6 but kept running. Just got to get used to the summer just like any other year.
