    Cold, rainy, windy. Perfect day for a run with the gang. Always a nice Fall event. Started out gimpy but after a stretch felt better.

    Felt pretty good. A little sore during the run but after I stretched everything felt normal. Felt good to run with the boys again. Ran into Billy Sandow too! Nice to catch up with him.
