      I'm going to the Dominican Republic in two weeks and was thinking of running on the beach while there ... For someone who has never actually run in sand before, do you have any tips?

      Chelsie, not sure what kind of sand they have there but I would recommen early morning (you do not have to worry about people on the beach) and low tide. I also did my second run without shoes and my legs felt a lot better.

    The only way to do hills when you live at the beach. Finished the workout with a 30 min butt, legs and abs circuit.
