    Fastest intervals I've ever done! 10km/hr to warm up for 1km, 400m at 15km/hr with a 200m jog, repeated 10 times. 11km/hr cool-down.

    Awesome interval session - slow warm up, then 14.7-15km/hr for 400m at a time, with an 8km/hr 200m jog between. Best interval set yet. How good is it when you start to feel the training working?!

    This was an experiment - warm up, 15 minutes at 13.1kph, then 4 min jog and repeat. The first 15 was ok, and kind of fell apart! Lucky there's always another chance ;-)

    This was a short, sharp session after a weights workout. 30 secs on, 30 secs off and a warm up and cool down. A great workout when you just want to scream. Definitely a more productive option!
