    good Geoergetown Half Marathon=PR 13.1 mi 01:17 05:51 pace

    This is one of my favorite halfs. I ended up PRing by almost 30 seconds and ran over 1 minute faster than last year. Congrats to everyone who ran too (Sharla, Todd, Erica).

    Fathers day 5k FTC 3.1 mi 00:17 05:30 pace

    I had a great evenly paced race. 5:24, 5:28, 5:24. I was able to meet the guy who won the boulder bolder citizens race. He threw down a 14:40ish 5k. Holy crap.

    I had a great run this morning before work. It was my first early morning run in a while and it felt great. My legs were a little fatigued from my TNT (Tuesday Night Track) session this week.

    I ran some great 400s during my lunch hour. I ran them between 1:13-1:23 depending on the topo of the trail.

    I had a blast running in the rain. The CC was overflowing the trail in a couple places, but nothing too terrible. Mile splits were 7:41, 7:17, 6:30, 5:54, 6:36, 6:19.

    I took Miles out for a great run. He had a blast, especially off leash. I broke in my new racing flats, Nike Streak 3. They are obnoxiously red. I love it.

    Lactic acid burn out. I had a blast today takin' it easy on the bike trail. Lots of people were out-and-about over the lunch hour. It's time for me to get on the track and gear up for the BB10k.

    Today I had a lot of fun on the Cherry Creek Trail. My body is back to normal after last week's food poisoning episode. Mile splits were: 6:41, 6:26, 6:27, 6:22, 6:02, 6:27.

  19. Food poisoning hit hard yesterday. My appetite is somewhat coming back, but my diet is still saltines and chx noodle soup. Hopefully I can get a run in soon.
