      Do you guard the washing machine when they're in there, just waiting until you can get your hands on them again? Evie is the same with her fave undies :-) Lovely run there! All those grids & straight lines on your map make me anxious, I like nice bendy streets & wavy lines, oh, I spotted a wavy line around the park - that's better ;)

      I think yoga is about strength, breathing, balance & flexibility. I think it takes real instruction to learn the first three. A video/game just can't teach that properly. So for me, yoga is basically advanced stretching. I need it!

    Borderline painful. Shorter intervals are ok, but the Lt foot isn't ready the constant pounding over this distance. Given the heatwave on the way, I suppose I won't be missing much.

      Thx for the concern guys. Yeah, I'm gonna keep the running to a minimum. Short intervals once per week are prob doable though.
      @Jeremy- dude, you run marathons and bike centuries on a lark! If u consider your cardio to be bad, then I'm already dead and buried!
      @Sandi- I'm a hunny bun? That doesn't sound very masculine or intimidating. Grrr
