      Looks like north Texas is going to get a couple days of cooler weather. Hope it slides as far south as Austin.

    Town Lake on the Rogue side 8 mi

    8 was as far as coach would let us go. So great to have the group back together. I enjoyed an easy 8 with Lindsey.

    Had to run at night to get it in. Not liking running at night. I'm a morning workout person for sure! It's been a busy week!
