Hi, my name is Chris. I ended my running streak after 135 days. I'll keep trying to run better and wiser. I'm blogging about my run and my corgis :-)

Runningcorgi hello my dear dm frie...

Track and share your training!

Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.

Hello my dear DM friends! Do you still remember me? ;-) In case anyone who is curious about me, I finished my 10 day-Levofloxacin treatment regimen on 6th of July but I'm still waiting few more days before I can start my exercise without having any muscle problems from the antibiotic. I'm trying to be patient but it's not easy. I need to learn from my corgis. My patient corgi's picture will be followed :-) I will start to walk/run very carefully this weekend.

Glad that you are feeling better and done with meds. I also second Janice's comment. :)
