Did an interval/plyometric workout prior running the Trolley Trail to Old Ellicott City, MD, site of the CSX train wreck on Sunday night. The trail is all downhill on the way to EC, and I spent a few minutes at the sight of the wreck rubbernecking with lots of other locals. Afterwards I ran back up the hill and took a few side trails on the way back just for fun and to lengthen my workout.
Interval workout consisted of 5 sets of:
20x pushups (100x total)
30x plyo tuck jumps (150x total)
20x 4-count flutter kicks (100x total)
25x crunches (125x total)
