First run outside this year! Took Aubrey in the single stroller. Hills kicked my butt. My ankle feels so much better on pavement .

I'm with you there! After a bad sprain last fall, I've had to be more careful of the surfaces I run on. For some reason a treadmill is a big problem. Nice run.

Nice run, but I have a feeling your coach would yell at you for running a MUCH faster pace than your training plan called for, ESPECIALLY since you were pushing a stroller. ;^)

@runfasterdaddy - I looked at my time last year and I started at 11 minute miles on average. I am slowing it down. I will try and slow it even more. But then it wouldn't be running... ;) <3

Awesome outdoor run and with a running stroller! I always hated pushing that running stroller uphill too.
