Seems like there are a lot of injuries going around. Your best bet is to listen to your husband, and stay off from running for a few days until you're a good 80%.

First run outside this year! Took Aubrey in the single stroller. Hills kicked my butt. My ankle feels so much better on pavement .

I'm with you there! After a bad sprain last fall, I've had to be more careful of the surfaces I run on. For some reason a treadmill is a big problem. Nice run.

Rest day has a new meaning. Spring skiing for the day with the family. Great quad workout, and shins are sore.
There should be a "post a ski" button for training. Just an idea.....-
