    Again was scheduled to do a 5 miler. Had to work, so I had to cut my run short. still dealing with achilles tendon issues. Any suggestions??

    walked most of it. again tried different things. tape, increasing speed, decreasing speed. URG... getting disappointed with my training, and this injury.

      Seems like there are a lot of injuries going around. Your best bet is to listen to your husband, and stay off from running for a few days until you're a good 80%.

    First run outside this year! Took Aubrey in the single stroller. Hills kicked my butt. My ankle feels so much better on pavement .

      I'm with you there! After a bad sprain last fall, I've had to be more careful of the surfaces I run on. For some reason a treadmill is a big problem. Nice run.

    Skipped yesterdays training run. Felt great. Got reprimanded by my husband for my pace. "SLOW it down!"

    Rest day has a new meaning. Spring skiing for the day with the family. Great quad workout, and shins are sore.
    There should be a "post a ski" button for training. Just an idea.....

      @ Jennifer- I agree on the mom button. That should be calculated into at least a half marathon :)

      When you started to climb the mountain, think of where you were. Now think of reaching that point of "I did it"!. Keep in mind that you can do anything you set out for.
