  1. RUN
    blah 3 mi 00:28 09:18 pace

This was a crappy run - legs felt like bricks, lungs wouldn't cooperate and overheated. Bad runs happen, time to move on.

  2. RUN
    good 18 mi 03:15 10:50 pace

New PDR! Tried intervals since my training hasn't been going as planned - and they seemed to help! Finally feeling like I can finish this marathon :)

  3. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:49 09:44 pace

Who knew that on December 3, it would be warm and humid in Michigan? Crazy fog cut the run a mile short. Still can't take a deep breath - but feeling much better!

  4. RUN
    good 6 mi 00:58 09:35 pace

A little concerned that it "felt like" 22*, but was a nice run! Kept a great pace in my new shoes!

  5. RUN
    good 16 mi 02:57 11:03 pace

New PDR! Had the first snow of the season, which meant running a little slower to ensure I didn't slip and fall. Ready to continue to tackle the long runs!

  6. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:22 10:18 pace

    Great pre-Thanksgiving run!

  7. RUN
    good 13.1 mi 02:27 11:15 pace

Had a fun experience with my first night race! Wine & Dine Half Marathon is my favorite runDisney event thus far!

  8. RUN
    great 1.7 mi 00:20 11:45 pace

Early morning run in Epcot for #WineDineHalfMeetUp

  9. RUN
    good 15 mi 02:43 10:52 pace

Up early to work in the morning, then conquered 15 miles! First three miles were rough, but then found my groove and was feeling the run.

  10. RUN
    alright 4 mi 00:40 09:52 pace

My legs felt dead and my body was tired. I guess that's what I get after a late night and early morning.

  12. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:27 08:52 pace

    Loved running fast!

  13. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:49 09:52 pace

Windy, but a nice and easy run! Ran with Jessica - who will be pacing me for my half in a couple weeks!

  14. RUN
    great 6 mi 00:55 09:05 pace

I went to bed late. I didn't sleep well. And I had an early wake up call to do speed work. However, this was one of my best runs! Funny how that happens :) 2 miles warm up, eight 1/4 mile spee... read more

Looks like we should lower your goal times again, but we'll wait to see how you do in the half.

  15. RUN
    good 4.1 mi 00:40 09:44 pace

Supposed to be 5 miles, but between woman issues and sore muscles, I cut it short. Spent the time I missed foam rolling and stretching instead.

  16. RUN
    good 10 mi 01:43 10:18 pace

Had 14 on the schedule, but slept in after a crazy week. Legs were a little stiff, but loosened up and felt like I could have run a lot longer! Love those runs!

  17. RUN
    good 6 mi 00:59 09:50 pace

Tired at the beginning (possible start of a cold - hoping it's just allergies), but sped up at the end. Long run on Sunday!

  18. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:48 09:34 pace

Nice 5 mile run after work. Wore my @ProCompression sleeves since the shins and calves were a little tight.
