SOLO afternoon Run/Walk #momsrunning #fitfluential I felt sluggish and struggled. My lungs are still croupy and I had a few coughing fits on the run (which then aggrivated my sore ribs/back). All in all it was great run... happy to have gotten out there and challenged myself. Great to be running again.
