    Great work out, work out a lot on my upper body and core. The work out is starting to show, no doubt about it, the best part of it is that the results are starting to show in my running!

    Nice easy run, not much effort to it, but did try out to some "fartlek" work on the mill. Not that easy, not that fun, but hell, if that helps my wife in keeping up with gym, I'm up for it.
