First 3 were slow and easy, then started doing fartleks towards the end. Very humid outside. Some bad storms are on their way.
Probably need to wake up a bit earlier...it was getting hot. But nice run overall, the wind actually helped make it feel a bit cooler.
Stopped at the gym at mile 3.5

Short run before work with Ty. Felt pretty good...wore some spandex so no chafing :)
