    So my right hip started to go numb so did a bit of walking. Not sure what that was about. I did wear the Nike Pegasus' that I don't really like so I guess I'll blame it on that :)

    Shoulder press, lat pull downs, chest press on exercise ball, single arm rows, tricep overheads, bicep curls, then messed around with the exercise ball for about 10 minutes doing mostly arms.

    We slept in so ran this one solo. 2.2 miles outside, then the rest on the treadmill. Didn't get out there til about 9:20am and was about 85 degrees already. Fun stuff.

      Yuk! Haven't been enjoying the heat recently either - and we ain't got nothing on what you guys do in TX. Good effort!
