    Almost didnt workout since im sore but decided i could do 20 min since baby seems to be sleeping good. It was pretty tough though. Definitely harder than Lvl 1. Felt good to sweat.

    I love seeing white on the ground even if it is ice. Most the roads/trail was dry though only saw a few ice patches on the running trail. Felt pretty good out there tonight.
