Ran part of the half marathon of IM 70.3 with my brother. He had a tough time on the bike as he had to endure 3 flat tires and coming up against the bike time limit. He looked spirited but tired as he started on his half marathon. He was struggling a bit so I ran on the sideline and walked/ran with him for a bit. I left him when I saw a race official and was sure he'd be okay. It still took him another 1:20 to finish off another 6-7 miles but at the end of the day, he did what he set out to do that day.

He became an IRONMAN 70.3!

I'm so freaking proud of the little guy. I'm sure he'll have plenty more of these and will look back at this, his first one, with sweet and fond memories. Congrats BRO!
