good Tuesday Night Steady Recovery Run 6.24 mi 00:45 07:12 pace

Found out right before leaving work that I don't have to be in super early tomorrow, which means I could postpone my tempo workout 'til the morning. It also means I could do a slower recovery run tonight because my legs were still sore from the speedy 14 miles yesterday.

So I just did a 10K around the park at my recovery effort and did not pay attention to my garmin. I probably should have because I think I ended up running about 10-15 secs/mi faster than intended. I should have known I couldn't be trusted to run slow! I felt pretty steady and smooth anyway. Let's see if I can handle some speed in the early morning.
