    First run wearing my new test shoes from Reebok. I started off fine but then as time went by I could feel my knees hurting.
    I will try again running a shorter distance.

    Felt great starting this run but then we as a group stopped where we thought we took a wrong turn. That is when I slowed down but was able to finish the entire 12 miles!
