    Not a bad run today. Felt better then my Tuesday's run. The 4runner died out on me so I really do not know my time nor pace. Just guessing. Ran non-stop for over two miles though.

    Very labored run today, as have the past two. I have deduced that it is due to the fact that I have run out of Accelerade and have not taken any. I am now a firm believer in Accelerade.
