Where to start with this workout? I'm looking for a cycling club or at least a way to get out on my bike more often than I have been in the last few years. So when Thomas mentioned joining som... read more

Way to soldier on and make the most of it! I thought about you yesterday on my long run when I wanted to quit and asked myself "What would Sylvie do?" and then answered, "why, soldier on of course!" so I kept going. Cycling is so different than running and it sounds like you made a good trip out of. I haven't ridden with a group before; just go out and do my own thing.

Thanks guys! Bill, you made me smile when I read your comment! I kept saying to myself "You sure ain't gonna quit missy!" knowing full well I had no intention to give up. I did however, think about doing the whole distance but it would have taken me way too long so decided to stick to a nice number :) Thanks Jeffrey, I tell ya, I needed a hug at one point! And you're right, next one will be better, I'm already organizing it, over 30k!
