Well executed long run. Lots on my mind about this that worked so well that I'll need to blog about later. Started really slow (9:44 first mile), finished strong (8:40 in the second to last mile; 2nd 7 miles more than a minute and half faster than the first 7). http://connect.garmin.com/activity/102730613
