Included 5k tempo (actually 3.2) in 26:22 (8:14 pace). Still can't get myself slowed down to lock into marathon pace, but I felt much more consistent today throughout the tempo.

Nice one David - I've found that there is a lot of magic on race day - and one of them is your body being able to lock in on race pace and focus. You'll get there - just keep searching for it on your pace days.
