First progressive run in a while - 9:01, 8:51, 8:43, 8:19, 7:59. Coach Caleb M. called to end at marathon pace; I'm definitely faster than my 3:45 goal, but I'm also in the mode of assessing where things stand and if that 3:45 is what I should aim for.
