Woke up later than I wanted for a run today - not really ready to brave the heat. Did what I had time for before work: 30 sit-ups, 2 30-second planks, 30 push-ups. Not much, but better than nothing with all this moving/relocating/new job stuff going on. Normalcy shall return soon.


And it will get back to normal, nice work!
