    balancing act

    #corestreak day 13 - Did some one-leg balancing on the Bosu for a few minutes, minus shoes. Very interesting with how out of balance I felt. Also did 30 squats on the Bosu and 25 sit-ups.

    #corestreak day 11 - attempted the birddog pose on the Bosu ball for the first time in a while. Did 2 minutes alternating sides. Also did 50 sit-ups on the Bosu.

    Keeping the #corestreak alive with 2 sets of 25 sit-ups on the Bosu ball. Pretty tired from my run earlier, but it's nice to close the day off with some simple core to fulfill this streak goal. Day 4.
