Nice workout Johnathon. I would trade for a 6-pack of Jello. The variety pack, because I really like Jello. I'm glad you were able to drive home safely, maybe next time save a little of the arm strength for steering.

Thanks Ria! It was I slept well after that. Ben, Jello seems more attainable, so I think I will go for Jello with little slices of banana instead. Yeah, next time I will wait a little bit before driving home. :-)

Thanks everyone! I know I know I preach about hydration and I didn't bring water myself, dough! I usually don't take anything with me on a run less then 10 miles and I was looking at getting in 8. I also planned on leaving at 6:30 and not 9:00 so all in all it's my own dang fault. I have learned my lesson. hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend! cheers
