    Ran with a friend parked one vehicle at the top of a hill the other at the bottom so we could run up hill the whole time.....yep wont be walking well tomorrow 1200ft elevation gain in less than 3miles

    I felt really strong today! I did 4 sets of 12 @ 75lbs on bench and it seemed really easy...... maybe Im getting stronger!!

    Didnt have my Garmin today so just ran by feel, it was really nice! Didnt quite make the 4 miles I had wanted but it was a nice run anyway

    Really didnt feel like running tonight but Im glad I did was a pretty peacefull run. Pace was slower than I would like but the effort was definitely up there, hills were killer!
