      Do you have any tips for a hill program on the treadmill? I've heard good things about adding them to my workouts but not sure what distances, inclines, etc... thx!

    Felt great after weeks of crappy runs. Finally. Now onto training for an August and fall half marathons.

    First time back on the track postpartum. Felt great and what's best, was very consistent in time and pace averaging around 1:42 per 400m repeat.
