      Sorry you're not feeling great. You're smart to look at your diet & hydration. Sleep can be a big factor, too. Did you run 9 mi in 1 day or just post 2 runs at once? Keep listening to your body & try not to fall prey to the single biggest problem we runners get ourselves into - TMTS (Too Much Too Soon)! Great running, RunnerGirl!

      I wear zensah sleeves mostly but I do have the long socks as well and both work out fine for me. You can wear them under tights and I sleep in my sleeves especially after long runs. We just wash and air dry ours

      Thanks Jan! I think you are exactly right about the socks. Had on a pair of lightweight cotton "fashion" socks and not my usual Belega's. Had no idea there would be such a difference. Makes the Belega's totally worth the money. Thanks for the insight.
