CMM. Hmm... how did it go? Overall very happy with how it went today, especially coming off such a brutal marathon last week! It got a little warm out there and I had trouble with my shin the first 3 miles. I walked much more than I had planned. Still frustrated with that... not sure if I walked because my body needed it or if my head needed it! (Not being hard on myself, just wondering!!!) I know the first 3 it was my body because my shin was hurting but the rest of it I'm not sure but pretty sure it's my head! I walked the first minute of every single mile!!! And then some!!!! I honestly don't know how to get past that and I'll take any suggestions anyone has to offer!

Here are my splits:
5k / 35:25 / 11:24 pace
10k / 1:11:26 / 11:37 pace
10M / 1:56:02 / 11:52 pace
Finish / 2:35:41 / 12:59 pace

Pretty consistent through 10 miles. Of course it's the last 3 that killed me last year too!
