great Grassland Elementary 16-mile Out and Back 16.01 mi 03:14 12:07 pace

The only downside to this run is it was supposed to be 18 miles but because of an accident on I-24 I missed the NoBo portion of the run and opted to just shorten it. I did 2/1 intervals the entire way. The first 10 miles I ran solo and then met Beth M. for the last 6! Felt pretty good the whole way out and back and the best part is almost 10 hours later and I'm not sore and my feet don't hurt.

    GREAT miles! I haven't been running supper long distances in the last couple months, and I'm starting to miss it..Maybe next weekend I can follow your example.
