I've been away awhile! This is my first post-marathon post! Yep, that's right POST marathon! I ran my first last weekend in Apalachicola and it was awesome! I've run a couple of times since then but I got so busy training, working and playing that I started neglectting my Dailymile friends! But, I'm back!!!!

Tonight's run was just an easy Zone 3 run for me. I'm debating doing the HR training for my next marathon in April, but I haven't decided yet how I'll train it. I do think I'll just do easy zone 3 runs between now and the end of the year and talk to a friend of mine and see what he thinks about training this way. I know I'll want to do some speed training and I'll probably do intervals again so I'll be doing those on the long runs so I'm not real sure how to incorporate the zone 3 training, or even if I really have to focus on that anymore. Lots of decisions to make but training doesn't start until January so I have time to think about it.

Anyhow, I'm glad I"m back! I"ve missed you all!
