If it's not one thing it's another. I'm usually a very upbeat, happy person. Lately, not so much. I've said a hundred times, if running make you upset or causes stress you should stop doing it and find something else. Might be time for me. My calf was about 75% good today so I thought I'd go out and get some miles. The calf was fine. The right hip and the feet on the other hand. I'm just not right these day! No blisters, just hot spots and then pain in the bones (as if). Off to Running, Etc. right now to have them see if they can fix me! Hip shut up after I stopped the run so it is nothing just didn't like the newly mulch/chipped trails of the Arboretum.

It happens, girlfriend. Maybe a wee bit of time off from the run will do you good. Hope Running Etc gets you all hooked up.

Man, sorry about the hip and feet problems. I don't know if I could do 5 miles with the issues you are having. You are tough! Keep up posted and hoping it goes away soon!

Rats...issues making you lose mojo is so tough! Nice effort today, but like Kate said, I'm hoping it's as simple as several days off and you'll be fresh, rested & ready again Marie.
