Felt like I was flying! So why was I running so SLOW! Days like this make you wonder. Form felt right, feet were light, blisters were non existent and even my shin was the best it's been since January! Lovely humidity, rain and wind the last mile. Still pretty happy to have a strong run.

COD: none yet! I know, how weird is that?!?! But if I had to guess I'd say it would be a YUMMY!
